I have been interested in the Dave Smith Instrument Oberheim-6 & Prophet synthesizers and have looked for their similar VST versions and found that there are several soft synths available. After research, I realized that the original synth's deep colored sound tones cannot be copied with any software synth. But I felt that U-he REPRO can be a good candidate and really sounds good. As modern software VST synth allows midi learning and routing, it can be easily set for EWI. It can be a good partner synth with U-he DIVA. On the internet, Prophet synthesizer emulation patches are available for purchase for REPRO and Oberheim emulation patches for DIVA.
